Used to write blog about food when I was in Brunei. Eversince I came back to Vancouver, i have put a switch on my blog writing activity. Maybe, the winter makes me very lazy or maybe my work so i could temporarily turn it off...ha

Chinese New Year fell on Jan 26, 09. This year is the Year of OX. It is my year...oops.. did i just reveal my age. I make a list of what i would like to do this year and I am hoping i have the determination to stick to it. Travel is one of the very many items on the list.

London in March09. Going to attend our cousin/brother convocation in London. We are hoping to be able to share the joys of such wonderful event in his life. I am so looking forward to the trip. Each night, before I go to bed, I make sure that I read tips on Travel Advisor so that I could develop a powerful search engine in my yet to be rusty brain. Beside that I have to start polishing my DSLR skill so that i could take great pic.tures...

We are having White Christmas this year

I woke up this morning

by a phone call. Someone in the office forget that I am not supposed to be at work on Christmas eve.

Fresh blanket of snow cover the ground again and the scenery is so beautiful that I can't help to take this picture to show everyone the Vancouver 2008 Christmas scenery. Merry Christmas to all of you, keep warm and enjoy!

I like this book

Christmas is less than 30 days away, have you done with your Christmas shopping yet? I always find shopping a very exciting event in Vancouver. You might wonder why. Simple, you never know what kind of deal you will get. This book is a good deal itself.
I went to Richmond Mall to meet up with friend for coffee. After the meeting, I went to Coles book store to grab some magazine. Then something caught my attention.

How did I get attracted to the book? First, the accessories were pretty eye-catching. Then, curiousity kicked in. Flipping the book made me realise how fantastic the idea was. It was a jigsaw puzzle in a book except that kid would learn to hang ornaments to the "tree" rather than searching the matching pieces to form a diagram. A fabulous idea to help kid to learn to hang their favourite ornaments to the tree... What a thought!
