Breakfast is never my regular meal. As I mentioned earlier in my blog, I am a BRUNCH person. So my breakfast choice (if i ever need to have one), will be 2 semi-boiled egg with a piece of bread or a pack of cracker (digestive or non-digestive) or simply a cup of freshly brewed coffee.
Lately, I discovered something new. A packet of NATURAL/REGULAR QUAKER oatmeal and 3/4 cup of water/milk. Not only it is yummy, it will help to maintain healthy cholesterol levels. It is about time for my annual medical check up soon, I have about 1 month to change my diet before i receive nasty report from my family doctor. For someone who likes to slim down, it works too. Woman, another slimming product that provides goodness and yet you dont have to on diet. Isnt this awesome?
