Organic is a big thing now. Consumers will pay more for anything that label "Organic". Anyway, the title of this blog is just for fun. I haven't been baking for a long time. Today, I decided to bake a cheesecake.
So, what is fun? First, I have a scale that gives me grams instead of the ounces as per recipe. Then, I have two kind of butter, one salted and the other unsalted. Then, I don't have the proper baking utensil. Way to go, way to go!
