I love strawberry and i always cant get enough of it. The strawberry is in season now and you can hardly miss the juicy strawberry that cost less than $2 buck per box in the supermarkets. However, after going through 5 boxes of different brand, i still cant decide which brand has the best quality. In term of the size, they are almost equivalent. In term of the taste, most of them are not sweet.
A friend once told me to look out for strawberry that grown locally in BC as it tastes better. Given the unstable weather condition for the past 3 months, i am wondering how the harvest look like.
Irregardless, strawberry is still favourite berries. If you haven't tried out any yet this year, do pick up a box and enjoy it with cereal or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
