Making our own wine? I never thought about making our own wine as there are many liquor stores around the Vancouver and buying wine is never a problem in our city.
A friend who had made her own ice wine before, suggested that we try out the activity and see the fun of doing so. In term of complication level, it is zero effort when you first made the wine. However, picking the right wine- making shop is important. We have selected a wine -brewery shop around kingsway area (approximately 15km) away from my home. A group of us went to select the type of wine in the early June 2011. We picked Tropical Riesling because we love fruity wine and we hope that the wine will be ready by July 2011. When the wine is ready to be bottled, we called the shop to make an appointment and then starting the assembly line to wash the bottle, fill the wine, label the wine and sealed the cap. The entire process is so fun and the foursome are have a blast. If you haven't done that before, it might be great to try it out!
